Ataxia Awareness
Ataxia Research

There is a huge team effort from members of National Ataxia Foundation (NAF) to raise money that fund research projects to find answers and eventually cure Ataxia.
Local chapters and support groups all around this country, in Canada, Australia, and India meet to raise money and awareness of the many types of Ataxia.  More than 40 scientists from around the world are asking for support for their important research studies which focus on many of the SCA’s, Friedreich’s ataxia, Sporatic ataxia, Episodic ataxia and others.

A leader in raising research money for Friedreich’s ataxia is Kyle Bryant from Sacramento, CA.  Go to to read all about Kyle’s fundraising success and his Mission to educate, enable and empower those of us with Ataxia.  Go Kyle !

Local chapters and support groups also participate in Walk n’ Roll events to bring awareness to their communities about Ataxia.  Check out to see when an event is scheduled in your area.
